What you will get
Most people start our Home extension discussions with "where do we start". This short seminar will talk you through all the issues and processes that you will need to undergo. We will explain the Involvent of the Local Authority and how we deal the applications for planning and Building Warrant.
We will go through the initial meeting with your consultant and what you should expect from them including fee levels.
You'll be walked through the construction process, how we can build with you living in your home, what to expect and how the whole process works.
We will discuss cost, contracts, variations and time scales. All the scary things that can be made simple.
