Bruce Fairbairn. MRICS, FCIOB (Principal at Plan-It)
Born in Edinburgh in 1958, Bruce has raised his family whilst being self employed most of his working life. He holds a diploma from the RICS of which he is a member and the CIOB of which he is a Fellow. Bruce is also a member of the Association of project safety (APS). Bruce is the current Chairman of the Federation of Small Businessess in West Lothian where he helps to promote and support Small Business in West Lothian. He also Chairs the Board of local chartity WL Financial Inclusion Network FIN. http://www.wlfin.org.uk/
He counts his family as his greatest achievement, he and his wife will celebrate 33 years of marriage this year (2013) they have three children and three grand children. They enjoy the odd holiday and have travelled in Europe, Canada, America, Central America, Russia, The Baltic Capitals and the jungles of the Amazon and South Africa..

Colin Fairbairn. Project Manager
Colin is the owner of Build-It and works together with Plan-It to ensure the full construction of all our projects is complete to our clients full satisfaction. Now qualified in Constructuion Pproject Management Colin came from the Motor Industry having qualified as an Auto Technician with Toyota. He now manages a full trades team including Bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, plasterers and joiners to see our projects through from start to finish
Colin continues to have an interest in auto repairs, mini moto reconstruction and motor bikes. He has recently obtained his full motor cycle licence.
