Bruce Fairbairn. MRICS, FCIOB (Principal at Plan-It)

Bruce does play the piano, drink coffee, ride a Harley Davidson Road King, enjoy composing the odd poem now and again which is posted on the Plan-It Blog and he tweets on twitter.
Born in Edinburgh in 1958, Bruce has raised his family whilst being self employed most of his working life. He started life as an Architectural Technician studying at Napier ( before it was a university) and now holds a diploma from the RICS of which he is a member and the CIOB of which he is a Fellow. Bruce is also a member of the Association of project safety (APS).
He counts his family as his greatest achievement, he and his wife will celebrate 30 years of marriage next year (2010) they have three children and three grand children. They enjoy the odd holiday and have travelled in Europe, Canada, America, Central America, Russia and the Baltic Capitals. Next year they hope to see the Amazon. They enjoy caravan weekends and from time to time touring on the Harley.
Colin Fairbairn. Trainee Project Manager
Colin joined Plan-It in September 2008 as a trainee Project Administrator, working towards full project management. Colin came from the Motor Industry having qualified as an Auto Technician with Toyota. He now assists with the smooth tuning of construction projects where his responsibilities include liaising with clients and contractors during site works and ensuring all concerned are up to date with the finances of each project.
Colin is studying at Telford College and continues to have an interest in auto repairs, mini moto reconstruction and motor bikes. He has recently obtained his full motor cycle licence.
